Fall Floral Centrepiece Workshop September 23rd, 2024
Join us for an evening on the farm reveling in the beauty and abundance of September. Drop back into vacation mode for an evening of lush blooms, new friendships and new skills and take home your own piece of summer in the form of a spectacular garden-style centerpiece created with your own hands. Using stunning farm-grown early fall blooms like dahlias, sunflowers, celosia and textural grasses you will learn to create your own beautifully unique arrangement.
With a demonstration by Brooke, the farmer-florist and owner of Sweetbriar Flower Farm and one-on-one instruction, our workshops are designed to give you the skills you need to create a wedding-worthy floral arrangement. You will leave the workshop with your centerpiece (including vase), a step-by-step guide for future reference and the skills, confidence and inspiration to arrange flowers for any occasion.
Workshops are open-air and intimate, taking place in an outdoor covered area for protection from the elements. Workshops start at 5:30pm and run approximately 2.5-3hrs. No experience is required. Non-alcoholic beverages as well as all materials and tools including vase, mechanics, flowers and clippers will be provided. Please bring your own gloves. Price is for one, sales are final.
